Requesting Deletion
You can request the deletion of your MaroQuiz account and all associated data at any time, including data linked to accounts created or connected through Facebook Login.
How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request through our contact page or feedback form, including the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
What Gets Deleted
A deletion request permanently removes your account information, quiz history, scores, XP, achievements, streak data, bookmarks, messages, and any profile details you provided.
Data From Facebook Login
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, we only receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook to create and authenticate your account. Disconnecting Facebook Login alone does not delete your MaroQuiz account — to remove all data, including information originally obtained via Facebook, please submit a full deletion request as described above.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account and data have been permanently removed.
