Eligibility
MaroQuiz is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you may only use MaroQuiz with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for activities performed through your account. Educational Content
MaroQuiz provides educational quizzes, practice materials, and other learning resources intended to support learning and preparation. Quiz content may be updated, corrected, replaced, or removed at any time. While we aim to provide accurate and useful content, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free, or up to date. MaroQuiz does not guarantee success in any examination, competition, academic program, or other assessment.
User-Generated Content
Certain features, including the blog and question-and-answer areas, may allow users to submit content. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others. You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, or infringing. By submitting content, you grant MaroQuiz a non-exclusive right to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform. MaroQuiz may review, moderate, restrict, or remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or may adversely affect the platform or its users.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MaroQuiz's name, branding, logos, design, software, quizzes, educational content, and other original materials remain the property of MaroQuiz or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit MaroQuiz materials without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Advertising and Third-Party Services
MaroQuiz may display advertisements in the future and may use third-party services, including advertising, analytics, authentication, hosting, and other service providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. MaroQuiz is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to MaroQuiz or another user's account, interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the platform, use automated systems to scrape, overload, or abuse the platform, introduce malicious code or harmful content, submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, circumvent access restrictions, security measures, or usage limits, or use MaroQuiz for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MaroQuiz, including features, content, or services, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Limitation of Liability
MaroQuiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy of content, or that the platform will meet every user's individual requirements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MaroQuiz is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
